Note: This page is intended for non-U.S. institutional investors only! Scherf does not offer any financial services and/or any financial advice. Our theses and/or experimental models on e.g. FPCMC (Future Potential Comparative Market Cap) and/or MimoMat (MicroMovements within MacroTrends) are strictly private trading/investment models for our own personal use. Information is provided for entertainment purposes only! This is not a solicitation to purchase, sell and/or trade any securities whatsoever. This information is not intended for U.S. investors! If you're a U.S. citizen, a U.S. entity or a permanent resident of the United States of America we kindly ask you to leave this and all other pages related to the same or similar content on our website(s) immediately. Thank you! All U.S. investors are excluded from viewing any information presented here on this page and/or same or similar information presented on other pages on our website(s). We (one or the other Scherf entity and/or person) are always engaged in stock trading, either directly or indirectly. Our basic strategy is one of trading equities/securities and that's why very often we do transactions very quickly. In any case, we reserve the right to either directly and/or indirectly trade in stocks, equities, ETFs, options, securities, etc. of the here and in our communication and publications mentioned companies without any further notice of such transactions. We speculate in both directions, either ascending stock prices and/or falling stock prices, and basically we're only interested in the volatility of a stock/security to take advantage for generating profits during short-term price fluctuations, even though in some cases with e.g. startup companies we may also be interested in longer-term investments. Every trader and investor must be aware of the risks involved in trading stocks/securities and/or when investing in stocks/securities. This is a professional endeavor and everyone should consult with a professional registered/licensed investment/financial advisor before engaging in any stock/securities trades and/or investments. All stocks/securities that are mentioned in our communication and publications and opinions expressed about them are solely our personal opinion and reflect our personal thoughts, and are never intended to be a solicitation to trade, buy, invest or sell any stock/securities. Historical data is never indicative of future results nor are a guarantee and/or promise or similar of future results, nor are indicated potential price targets and/or forecasts as these are based solely on speculative estimations based on our experimental models developed by us and solely for our own private purposes. This whole sector of business is totally based on speculation and therefore we are not and cannot be held responsible for any losses and/or any damages of/for any reader/viewer, investor, trader, etc. or of/for any third party whatsoever. Every reader/viewer, investor, trader, and/or third party is acting solely on their own risk and is solely responsible for their own decisions in any trading and investment activity. Due to our various business activities and interests and their nature we will receive either directly and/or indirectly from one or the other company that has been mentioned in our communication and publications in one form or the other compensation of which we're unable to publish specific details. But every reader should expect that we do receive compensation from the companies mentioned in our communication and/or publications, and therefore a conflict of interest will often/usually exist.

OTC Risk Warnings

Because many securities traded Over-The-Counter (OTC) are relatively illiquid, or “thinly traded,” which tends to increase volatility in market prices, an investment in an OTC security involves a high degree of risk. These speculative and illiquid securities are often difficult for investors to buy or sell without significantly affecting the quoted price. It should be noted that the liquidation of a position in an OTC security may not even be possible within a reasonable period of time.
Dependable information regarding issuers of OTC securities, their prospects, or the risks associated with the business of any particular issuer or an investment in the issuer’s securities may not be available. For this reason, it may be difficult to properly value an investment in an OTC security or accurately determine the risks involved with investing in such a security. For more information about investing in microcap securities, please read the content on the SEC’s website, including the SEC’s investor publication titled “Microcap Stock: A Guide for Investors”.
Issuers of OTC securities quoted on the OTC Link system are not required to provide any kind of information to investors. While many issuers register OTC securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and regularly provide reports to investors in connection with such registration, they are not required to continue such registration or regularly provide such reports because their securities are quoted on OTC Link. Securities may continue to be quoted on the OTC Link system if issuers are delinquent in their reporting obligation to the SEC or other federal or state regulatory agencies. Quotation of a security on the OTC Link system or the Yellow Sheets does not in itself create any ongoing filing or reporting obligations with the SEC for any issuer. In fact, issuers may not even be aware that their securities are quoted on the OTC Link system.
